Bid Credit Terms & Eligibility

Our $100 bid credit is designed to help new members place their first confident bid on Aussiz Online Auction. Please review the terms below so you know exactly how and when the credit can be used.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian residents aged 18+ with a verified Aussiz Online Auction account.
  • New members only – existing accounts or duplicate registrations are not eligible.
  • All identity, payment, and security checks must be completed successfully.
  • Account must remain in good standing with no policy breaches or outstanding payments.

How the Bid Credit Is Applied

  1. Join the newsletter or qualifying promotion and complete email verification.
  2. Wait for our team to review your account (allow up to 2 business days).
  3. Once approved, the $100 credit is added to your wallet and a confirmation email is sent.
  4. The credit is automatically applied to eligible invoices—no manual code required.

Minimum Bid Requirement

The credit becomes active once you place a winning bid of $5,000 or more (GST inclusive) within 30 days of the credit being issued. Bids below $5,000 do not unlock the credit.

If no qualifying bid is placed within 30 days, the credit expires automatically and cannot be reissued.

Usage Rules

  • The credit can only be used toward the buyer's premium or invoice total—it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Only one promotional credit can be used per account at a time.
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with third-party offers.
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, the promotional credit is forfeited.

Compliance & Revocation

  • Aussiz Online Auction reserves the right to revoke the credit if fraudulent or misleading activity is detected.
  • Accounts found to be in breach of our Terms & Conditions will lose all promotional credits.
  • We may update these terms without prior notice to ensure compliance with Australian consumer standards.
